What started as an update to DBHDD’s New Staff Orientation grew to an entire agency rebrand. In my position as Brand and Communications Manager, I acquired the role of Project Manager and collaborated with design agency Slalom and led the project to completion. A major part of this project was to rewrite the Agency Brand Style Guide. This text provides guidelines on how best to represent DBHDD across various form of media. Approval of every aspect of the new brand story, colors, logo, and marketing materials were my responsibility. Along with this I also ensured our 5 hospitals and 6 field offices were equipped with a variety of templates, posters, banners, and table clothes for events.
